A meeting with graduating students was held at Mirzo Ulugbek Samarkand State Technical University under the implementation of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 18 January 2024.
The event discussed strengthening cooperation between the Cadastre Agency and higher education institutions and improving the quality of training highly qualified personnel.
The meeting was attended by final-year students of the university's “Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre” and “Cadastre” degree programmes. Ravshan Xotamov, head of the Samarkand regional department of the State Cadastre Chamber, gave detailed information on the cadastre field and available job openings in Samarkand region.
An open dialogue was also organised between department representatives and students on hiring graduating students. The meeting is expected to serve the training of accomplished specialists in the cadastre field and ensure the employment of young personnel.
