At the “Silk Road Samarkand” tourism centre in Samarkand, the Japanese guests of GEOSYMBIOTIC WORKSHOP – GWS 2025 — Professor Dr. Takeshi Shiratori of Setsunan University and his students — together with students of Mirzo Ulugbek Samarkand State Technical University, staged a performance promoting peace in the world.
The event also featured creative performances embodying Uzbek and Japanese national values.
University leadership and teaching staff attended and watched the performances with interest. The engaging programme also drew great interest from other visitors to the tourism centre.
The evening closed on a high note, with lively songs, dances and games.
