The academic exchange programme between Samarkand State Technical University and the Moscow State University of Land Management, under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, continues steadily on the basis of cooperation agreement no. 4, signed on 4 May 2023.
Under this agreement, on the plan approved by the joint working group set up between the two universities under minutes no. 1 of 29 May 2024, SDTU students took part in the academic exchange programme at the Moscow State University of Land Management from 6 to 20 December 2024. During the programme, the students attended classes in laboratories equipped with modern technology and under the guidance of experienced teaching staff. It was agreed that part of the coursework would continue in remote format.
Under the academic mobility programme, teachers and students of the Moscow State University of Land Management's Land Management and Cadastre, and Architecture programmes visited SDTU today and began practical classes based on the approved curricula.
From 9 to 23 April, the foreign guests will have the opportunity not only to take part in the educational process, but also to become closely acquainted with the work of manufacturing enterprises and to travel around Samarkand's historic monuments.
