On 11–12 April this year, the large-scale international education fair “WORLD EDU 2025” is being held at the SOF EXPO Samarkand exhibition complex.
The team of Mirzo Ulugbek Samarkand State Technical University is taking an active part in it.
In particular, the university's rector, Dr. Chidem Turkyilmaz, together with Nozir Ibragimov, the assistant to the governor of Samarkand region for local industrial development, toured the pavilions of higher education institutions and spoke warmly with participants.
The rector also discussed with representatives of foreign universities intensifying mutual cooperation and, under the student exchange programme, sending gifted students and teaching staff abroad to study and upgrade their qualifications, as well as attracting foreign students to study at SDTU.
